At a gym he reached under a woman's shirt and grabbed her breast. Another woman reached up her dress and grabbed her buttocks, another he tried to rip off her bathing suit in an elevator. Next a woman was pulled onto his lap and asked if a certain sex act had been done to her. Another woman was walking down the street, he stopped his and ask her to come over and grabbed her breast. November 2000 Anna Richardson a British TV commentator was grabbed, forced onto his knees said he had to know if her breasts were real. In front of others, no one helped her. He circled her nipple and said they were real.  Rhonda Miller a stunt woman is suing him, he pulled up her T-shirt and photographed her breasts, touched them as she fought and shouted at him to stop, he put the photos in a communal area. There was a waitress "I want you to go in the bathroom, stick your finger in your (vagina) and bring it out to me.” On Amy Goodman’s show, a woman reported that Maria Shaver said if she were raped Arnold would dump her; rape victims are damaged product. His affair with an underage Gigi Goyette makes it statutory rape, that affair went on for 17 years, allegedly. He liked to push his body against female crew members. One woman said she saw Arnold walk across the room and faced a woman, "then he grabbed both her knees and pushed them apart and started to move his pelvis into her; in front of a bunch of men, no one came to her defense. His father Gustav Schwarzenegger was a member of Stumabteilung or SA, the notorious Nazi storm troops known as brownshirsts and a member of the Nazi Party. The Third Reich's military police a key liaison with the SS mobile killing squads on the Eastern Front. His father was in a unit that was involved in some of the most brutal fighting in Russia. Arnold admired Hitler, and liked to give Hitler's speeches as gifts, and openly supported Kurt Waldheim former Austrian politician who participated in Nazi atrocities. Thirty-seven million cattle. Two million calves. Six million horses, goats and sheep. And eight billion chickens and turkeys. In all, annually in the United States farmers produce 43 billion pounds of pork and beef, 43 billion pounds of poultry and 76 billion eggs. Pg 61 A guy in North Carolina strangled a hundred puppies for fun; a New Yorker collected two hundred homeless pets and then starved them to death. Pg 62  But if the animal was excessively prodded on its way to the stunner, or if the stun operator improperly applied the electrodes, the jolt would burst capillaries in the hog's back. The result-“bloodsplash” or “ blown lions”- made the meat look bruised and bloody, thus lowering its value.…they preferred to simply lower the current to the stunning equipment. The weaker jolt prevented blood splash but often stunned the hogs only momentarily, if at all. Pg.   I've seen hog drivers take their prod and shove it up the hogs ass to get them to move. If you get a hog in the chute that's had the shit prodded out of him and has a heart attack or refuses to move, you take a meat hook and hook it into his bunghole (anus). You try to do this by clipping the hipbone. Then you drag him backwards. You're dragging these hogs alive, and a lot of times the meat hook rips out of the bunghole. I've seen hams-thighs-completely ripped open. I've also seen intestines come out. If the hog collapses near the front of the chute, you shove the meat hook into his cheek and drag him forward.  Pg. 82 “Sometimes I grab it by the ear and stick it right through the eye. I'm not just taking its eye out, I’ll go all the way to the hilt, right up through the brain and wiggle the knife. Instant rag doll. Pg. 91 “Its the same thing with an animal who pisses you off, except it is in the stick pit, you are going to kill it. Only you don't just kill it, you go in hard, push hard, blow the windpipe, make it drown in its own blood. Split its nose. A live hog would be running around the pit. It would just be looking up at me and I’d be sticking, and I would just take my knife and –eerk- cut its eye out while it was just sitting there. And this hog would just scream. One time I took my knife- its sharp enough- and I sliced off the end of a hog's nose, just like a piece of bologna. The hog went crazy for a few seconds. Then it just sat there looking kind of stupid. So I took a handful of salt brine and ground it into his nose. Now the hog really went nuts, pushing its nose all over the place. I still had a bunch of salt left on my hand- I was wearing a rubber grove- and I stuck the salt right up the hogs ass. The poor hog didn't know whether to shit or go blind. Pg 93 “Another time, there was a live hog in the pit. It hadn't done anything wrong, wasn't even running around the pit. It was just alive. I took a three foot chunk of pipe- two- inch diameter pipe- and I literally beat that hog to death. Couldn't have been a two-inch piece of solid bone left in its head. Pg. 94 “One guy I work with actually chases hogs into the scalding tank. And everybody hog drivers, shacklers, utility men- uses lead pipes on hogs. Pg. 94 “If a hog can't walk, they scoop the son of a bitch up on a dead run with a bobcat (small tractor). Right up in the air. If he stays in the bucket, he stays in. If he falls out, you run him over, or pin him up against the wall, finish busting the rest of his legs so he can't run any further.” pg. 100 “Another thing is, in the winter, some hogs come in all frozen to the sides of the trucks. The tie a chain around them and jerk them off the walls of the truck, leave a chunk of hide and flesh behind. They might have a little bit of life felt in them, but workers just throw them on the piles of dead ones. They'll die sooner or later, because there's nothing left to them.” pg100 “In the summer they crowd them in trucks and run them clear from Canada. They don't stop and spray them to cool them down, so you get a lot of them that die from the heat. In the winter after a long run like that, they always got ten to fifteen dead, frozen hogs laying around. Sometimes there's a pile of hogs lying there when I go to work and when I get off work at 5 p.m., that same pile of hogs is still lying there. All day. A lot of times there's live ones in there. You could see them still lifting their heads up, looking around. Their bodies would be blood red from being frozen so hard.” PG. 101

Live hogs are sometimes getting ground up alive if someone doesn't beat its head with a pipe. Pg. 102  I could tell they were alive because they raised their heads up high, ‘Help me” Like they were saying “ somebody going to have to do something to help me. But they are frozen. Like a block of ice. Breathing real slow. It wasn't much longer before they died. They were off to the side of the pile; somehow they had managed to move themselves there. They were raising their heads looking at me. And wishing I’d put them out of their misery. So that's what I did. I had no authority to do that, but I took it upon myself because I couldn't stand it. I took an ax- chopper and chopped them to death. Hit them in the head. One blow and that was it. The whole thing made me sick. Pg. 104 According to the USDA, each year in the United States, between one and three hundred thousand pleasure and racehorses find themselves at the business end of the captive bolt gun. Pg. 109 A three-year-old heifer was waking up through the kill alley. And she was having a calf right there; it was half in and half out. I knew she was going to die, so I pulled the calf out. Wow, did my boss get mad. They call these calves’ slunks,” They use the blood for cancer research. And he wanted that calf. What they usually do is when the cow's guts fall onto the gut table, the workers go along and rip the uterus open and pull these caves out. Its nothing to have a cow hanging up in front of you and see the calf inside kicking, trying to get out. Pg. 131 “Belgians, Arabians, little ponies all kinds. Long as it's a horse. Stolen horses, too. Pg. 136 You know I seen guys take broomsticks and stick it up the cows behind, screwing them with a broom. One time the knifing gun was broken all day, they were taking a knife and cutting the back of the cow's neck open while he's still standing up. They would just full down and be ashaking. And they stab cows in the butt to make them move. Break their tails. They beat them so bad. Pg. 145

“I’d read that a big operations like this produce on average about five hundred pounds of dead birds each day. So I wasn't surprised when I noticed that here and there a chicken was lying on its back, motionless. When I pointed to one and asked the grower about it, he said it had died of “flip-over-disease.” It used to take four months to grow a three pound bird, he explained and now, thanks to genetics and growth stimulants, it took only six weeks. That was more that their bodies could handle and so they flipped over, dead from a heart attack at the ripe old age of one month. Pg. 164 Living on sloping wire floors, so that the eggs roll out to a conveyor belt, with the wire cutting into their feet, the hen's legs were deformed and their feet covered with blisters and sores. I remembered seeing a demonstration where a battery (caged) hen was released and placed on solid ground. The bird was so crippled, she couldn't even stand. Pg. 164 Hens can't stretch their wings or even sit comfortably to lay their eggs. …sear off chicks’ beaks- they would resort to anything to prevent birds kept under these conditions from pecking each other to death. As it was many of the birds were raw and bloody and had few feathers left. And because the worker picks the dead hens out of the cages hadn't yet made his morning rounds, birds that had been flattened trampled to death by their cell mates- were still littering the floors of their cages. Pg. 165 After a year of producing nearly an egg a day, the survivors are gassed or ground up alive to be fed back to other chickens; slaughterer for use in the school lunch program or in pet foods, says Feedstuff's, an industry trade magazine; or ‘recycled” to  be spend on another laying cycle in the crowed cages. To shorten the hens natural resting period between laying cycles, farmers deprive “recycled’ birds of all food for from five to 15 days. The practice, called forced molting, shocks the hens into abruptly shedding their feathers and hastens the beginning of a new and a simultaneous laying cycle. During this process, about a third of the birds die from starvation and acute stress. The rest of the emaciated survivors; another laying cycle in the battery cage. Pg. 165 25 to 30 million chickens are killed each day. Since it's easier to bleed a bird that isn't flapping and struggling, most live birds have their heads dragged through an electrical charged water bath to paralyze them, not stun them. …A conveyor then carries the shocked and paralyzed birds to a high speed circular blade meant to slit their throats but which occasionally misses birds as they rush past at the rate of thousand per hour. After about a minutes bleed out, the birds are dunked into a scald tank to loosen their feathers, then run though a series of machines with thousands of rubberized ‘fingers’ that literally beat the feathers of their bodies. Pg. 166

“For instance, an ex-employee recently told me about a cow who got her leg stuck when the floor of a truck collapsed. “How'd you get her out alive? Oh we just went underneath the truck and cut her leg off. Pg. 195  He went on to tell me about a cow who got away from the plant for several days. That Friday afternoon the manager and a few others jumped into a pickup truck and hunted her down. Using a high-powered rifle they shot her in the gut, and when she tied to run away they pumped several more rounds into her. The bullet that blew off her jawbone also finally brought her down. Pg. 196.

A steer was running up the alleyway and got his between the boards and he couldn't get it out. They didn't want to lose any time killing cattle and he was blocking their path, so they just used a blowtorch to burn his leg off while he was alive. Pg. 197

Luther Johnson had worked for several years as the only meat inspector at a Midwest distress kill, the end of the line for worn-out, sick or crippled hogs. “Most of these animals aren't that old, they're just abused. Malnourished, frostbite, injured. Lot of DOA’s (dead on arrivals). Sows with broken pelvises who pull themselves around with their front legs, scooting along on their rumps for so long they get emaciated. They call them ‘scooters,’ the meat from these distress kills if it passes inspection, is used for sausage, hot dogs, pork byproducts and ham. Pg. 199 “One day when I went out to the suspect pen, two employees, one from a local rendering company, were using metal popes to club some hogs to death. There had to be twenty little hogs out there that they were going to give to the rendering company. And these two were out there beating them with clubs and having a good old time.  Pg199 …I've seen dump trucks dump piles of cripples from eight feet off the ground. I've seen cattle fully conscious, get their front legs skinned and hind legs cut off, then go to the where a worker takes the hide off with an air knife. Pg. 200 “On the farm where I work, they drag the live ones who can't sand up any more out of the crate. They put a metal snare around her ear or foot and drag her the full length of the building. These animals are just screaming in pain. They're dragging them across the concrete, it's ripping their skin, and the metal snares are tearing up their ears. Worn out sows are then dumped on a pile, were they stay- for up to two weeks- until the cull trucks picks them up. Pg. 219 Then I was told about the beatings. When pregnant pigs are ready to give birth, they are moved into different crates “They beat the shit out of them to get them inside the crated because they don't want to go. This is their only chance to walk around, get a little exercise, and they don't want to go. …The routine is to use the gate rods to beat the sows bloody. One guy smashed a sow's nose in so bad that she ended up dying of starvation. Pg. 219 Since uniform size is so important to packers, piglets that don't grow quite fast enough the runts- are quickly weeded put. Pick up by their hind legs, thousands are swung and then bashed headfirst onto the concrete floor. This standard practice used by mega-farm workers is called thumping.”  Pg. 220 “We've thumped as many as 120 in one day. We just swing them, thump them, and then toss them aside. Then, after you've thumped ten, twelve, fourteen of them, you take them to the chute room and stack them up for the dead truck. And if you go in the chute room and some are still alive, then you have to thump them all over again. Theres been times I've walked in that room and they'd be running around with an eyeball hanging down the side of their face, just bleeding like crazy, or their jaw would be broken. Pg. 220 “Some of the guys thump them then just stand on their throats and wait till they die, I mean, they break their jaws and everything else while there doing it. Pg. 220

Please buy this book, please cut down and let the addiction to animals die away. I'm struggling with being a vegan. I cut back 98 %. Its hard because it tastes good, convenient, but never for the animals who are horribly abused, every time you partake in this barbarians. All male chicks go in bags alive or ground alive; they have no use. If you have a cat or dog you love, it's a few steps away from realizing other animals deserve protection too. If you eat meat/byproducts 20 times a week, then do 15 times a week, then taper off like a heroin addict. Use substitutes. My cat's fuzzy soft fur that protrudes past her paw that I adore; blow torched it off? Skin alive? Chains, blowtorch, poke, pipe, rape, stab, kill; next time you see a picture of a little piglet, remember the “runts” babies they thump to death. Are our taste buds so important we partake in horrors?
